Start-Up Company Sponsorship – Launch Pad
We are offering a limited number of spaces for small start up companies to sponsor this year. Companies are required to fill out the application here. (You will be notified if your company is chosen, please do not fill out the regular sponsorship form).
If your company is chosen you can only particpate in the Start Up package this year and will not be eligile to participate as a Start Up in future years.
Cost: $1,500
This sponsorship includes:
- 36″ round cocktail table display located directly outside the main auditorium (Please note, this is NOT in the Exhibit Hall with other sponsors).
- Organization’s name featured in black/white on a shared 7’X 2’ banner (banner is provided by the OG-HPC Conference and features multiple organizations)

Special Notes (Please Read!):
ALL sponsors will be required to review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
If you plan on sharing your sponsorship with another company you will need to provide us with one logo. We cannot combine two logos into one for you and we cannot display two logos separately.
It is very important that you provide us with one contact person for communication purposes. Please make sure this person is able to disseminate information to all relevant parties at your company (and any partners if a shared sponsorship). This is particularly important when it comes to logistical information. Occasionally the people that are representing companies the day of the workshop have not been given the logistical information prior to arriving. This can create miscommunication and confusion for everyone involved.
